About the Project
Token Times is a modern blog built with Hugo, an incredibly fast static site generator. We chose the Clarity theme for its clean and professional design, customized with our own color palette.
Multi-language Support
One of Token Times’ key features is native multi-language support. Each post exists in two versions:

A language toggle with flags (🇧🇷/🇺🇸) in the top bar allows instant language switching without page reload.
AI Generating AI
As a tech-focused blog, it’s only natural that we use AI not just as a topic, but also as a production tool. Posts published here are created with assistance from Claude, Anthropic’s advanced language model.
This very post you’re reading was written with AI assistance. The process is collaborative: I provide the ideas, structure, and voice, while the AI helps with drafting, style suggestions, and aesthetic refinements.
The Creative Process
Token Times development also involved intensive AI assistance. Using Claude Code, Anthropic’s development tool, we implemented:
- Hugo multi-language configuration
- Language toggle system
- Logo and favicon integration
- Theme customization with Anthropic color palette
- Fine-tuned CSS and layout adjustments
The result is a fast, responsive site with excellent user experience.
Why Hugo?
We chose Hugo for several reasons:
- Performance: Static sites serve in milliseconds
- Security: No database or server-side processing
- CDN-Friendly: Easy to host on GitHub Pages, Netlify, Cloudflare
- Multi-language: Excellent native i18n support
- Markdown: Writing posts in Markdown is simple and powerful
